Biography
Dianne Lee Haas, President and founder of DLH Services, has over 23 years
of successful experience in the high tech sales industry. Eighteen of
those years have been focused on the creation, development and implementation
of sales and channel management programs.
Ms. Haas’ many successes in this field were based on a strong foundation
of business development experience and skills acquired during her employment
with industry leaders such as Intel, LANSystems, ADP, CompuCorp and WinData
Consultants. During her career she was assigned to leadership roles, pursued
a management career path and traveled nationally on behalf of corporations.
She was consistently recognized by employers for her outstanding record
of increasing corporate and channel partner revenues – sometimes
by as much as 100% and by doubling corporate customer bases. During this
time she interfaced with C-level decision makers, commercial and government
organizations and employees at every management level.
After leaving her last employer, Intel, Ms. Haas decided to leverage
her unique skills by founding her own company, whose mission is to assist
technology companies in accelerating their revenue growth through channels.
Ms. Haas consults with companies to create, develop and implement effective
channel sales programs. Companies also turn to DLH Services to build strategic
alliances and partnerships, resulting in increased revenue growth. Her
strengths in creative problem solving, cross-matrix team building, customer
relationship building, public speaking, presentations and training skills
have enabled DLH Services to make visible contributions to clients.
Ms. Haas is active in the Washington DC Metro Area as a member of The
Greater Washington Board of Trade and volunteers as a Committee Member
on Women in
Technology, the Northern Virginia Technology
Council and Netpreneur. She
is also active in the Penn State Professional Women’s Network, a
membership organization representing Alumni of the Pennsylvania State
University, where Ms. Haas received her degree in Political Science, Foreign
Service and International Politics.
